Simi has reacted to the release of Nigerian singers Tems and Omah Lay who were arrested in Uganda after they headlined a concert in the country.

Ugandan police claim the duo violated Covid-19 protocol and were detained in the cell since Sunday, December 13, 2020.

Fortunately, the pressure mounted on the Ugandan government has yielded results. This was confirmed by Mr.Eazi in an earlier post we published. Simi also swiftly reacted immediately after their release by saying,

I Hear Tems And Omah Lay Are Finally Being Released. I Hope It’s True. I Been Thinking About Them A Lot Since Yesterday. Traumatizing Experience In A Foreign Land…
